1. Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any appointment or course enrollment. The deposit is applied to the final balance of your service. Without a deposit, your time slot is not held.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to respect the next client's appointment. Full pricing still applies.
4. Photography
With your permission, we may photograph our work for portfolio, educational, and social media use. You may decline photography at any time without affecting your service.
5. Health & Safety
Please notify us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service when contraindications are present.
6. Payment
We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and cash. Final balance is due at the end of your appointment. Prices listed on this site are starting points and may vary based on individual needs.
7. Privacy
Information you submit through the booking form (name, email, phone, message) is used solely to respond to your request and manage your appointment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
8. Cookies
This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand visitor activity. No personally identifying information is collected without your explicit submission of the booking form.
