Alina's practice began in 2019 and has since grown into a full-spectrum beauty studio in Miami, FL — covering makeup, brow design, and the Russian manicure tradition.

Her work is grounded in the conviction that lasting beauty comes from study, not embellishment. Every appointment begins with the face: its proportions, its light, its history. Only then does the brush, the blade, or the file begin its work.

In addition to private clients, Alina coaches emerging professionals through Ustinova Academy, including dedicated preparation for international beauty championships — most recently as a 1st-place winner with Team USA in Fantasy Lashes & Makeup, and 3rd-place medalist in Nail Aesthetics, at OMC Asia 2026.

Her practice extends beyond the chair. Alina is the author of the Adaptive Line Balance Method — a competition-level technique applied across her makeup and brow work, built on facial-asymmetry correction, individualized adaptation, and disciplined line work. She is a regular speaker, judge, and contributor to international beauty publications.
